During the project lifetime five CMT meetings are planned,
the first to be held at UNI (Kick-off meeting), and others will
be hosted by four EU HEIs involved in the project, at regular
intervals of 8 months. At the second CMT meeting the
action plan will be adopted (during the 10th month of the
first project year), and at the third, programs for PMT
courses will be discussed and accepted (mid-term of the
second project year). The last project meeting will be held
two months before the end of the project. All decisions of
the CMT will be adopted by consensus of all its members.
CMT will be authorized to resolve technical, legal, financial,
intellectual property and other conflicts that eventually may
occur.
