7.6. PERFORMING REGULAR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

Regular financial administration performed

Description

Relevant documents, standards and protocols will be
adopted and relevant decisions will be passed at regular
meetings of the PMBs and at coordination meetings. These
documents, standards and protocols will define how the
project is carried out, monitored and controlled. These
documents will be enforced throughout the whole project.
The administrative part of the project management and all
transfers of money will be done mostly at UNI. To ensure
that the project fulfils the work plan in terms of finances,
regular financial administration and bookkeeping will be
done for each partner institution and the project overall.
Reports on the financial administration and bookkeeping
will be submitted and posted on the Project Administration
Platform. In order to have an official external examination
of the financial records, financial audits (mid-term and end)
will be done and this activity will ensure that the project
fulfils the work plan in terms of finances.
